Curriculum enrichment impact

Class 2.5  fieldtrip to Ash End Farm where they immersed themselves in the experience of interacting with the sights, sounds, textures and smells  of being down on the farm with the animals.

As part of the science curriculum, they observed the seasonal changes of Spring, celebrating new life and new beginnings.

They were excited to welcome the  Birmingham Rep to work on developing  their social and self-awareness skills through Drama. This innovative project has proven to be so successful that we will continue the working partnership into the new academic year

Additionally, Bamboozle Theatre Company visited the Meadows and put on a specially adapted performance of Shakespeare’s The Tempest. Students were spell bound and fascinated with the story, actively exploring props and interacting with different adults.
