Information for families joining and moving on from The Meadows
The move from school to school or from school to the wider world can be quite scary – not just for the learner, but for families too.
We want to help to make this process as simple as possible!
Our Pastoral Team and Strategic Transitions Leader work closely together with feeder schools and agencies to try to make this process as straightforward and ‘joined up’ as possible.
